Job Title: Desktop Admin Officer
Location: Phase 8B, Mohali
Experience: Freshers (BCA) / 6 months – 1 year
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role:
We are looking for a hardworking and growth-oriented Desktop Admin Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for BCA freshers or candidates with minimal experience to gain hands-on experience in IT and desktop administration. You will work closely with our IT team and learn on the job while contributing to daily IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up desktops, laptops, and other office devices.
• Perform software installations, updates, and basic configurations.
• Troubleshoot minor issues related to hardware, software, printers, and networking.
• Coordinate with senior IT team members for escalated support.
• Maintain records of assets and system configurations.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on support requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.

Key Requirements:

• BCA or equivalent qualification preferred. Freshers are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating system and computer setup.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor system, hardware, or network issues.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT/technical field.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
