Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Trivandrum for a Battery Pack Engineer. The primary responsibilities include designing and developing advanced battery packs, conducting performance testing, and managing materials for production. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to research and development (R&D) of innovative energy storage systems. The Battery Pack Engineer will also troubleshoot and optimize battery performance for diverse applications.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Batteries and Energy Storage technologies
• Strong knowledge of Materials Science and its application in energy storage systems
• Background in Electrical Engineering with a focus on energy systems
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) of battery-related projects
• Proficiency in battery testing, design tools, and performance analysis
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-disciplinary team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields; PhD is a plus
• Experience in sustainable energy solutions or relevant industries is an advantage
