Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Designing of plastic supporting structures / Plastic brackets for high voltage busbars and low voltage cable harness - Perform basic FEM simulations like eigen frequncy calculations and static load case analysis - Creation of 2D drawings - Design of layout which includes designing electric circuit, bundle drawings, 3D models, mounting and assembly drawings - Perform FMEA and DFMEA - Collaborate with cross functional team and supplier. Additional skills - Design knowledge of plastic product design / Injection molded component is must to have - Advance knowhow in CATIA V5 software is must to have - Good analytical skills are needed - Design knowhow of HV and LV components like busbars, harness is good to have - Strong communication and presentation skill set is necessary - Knowhow of GD & T and its application - Good Knowhow of Battery pack components and eMobility system.
