Battery Assembly Executive (Electrical & Mechatronics)

Role Description and Key Responsibilities

The role involves tasks including but not limited to -

• All Type Of Battery Assembly 2W, 3W & 4W With Prismatic & Cylindrical Cells
• Machine Operating Knowledge Of Cell Capacity & IR Process For Pack Assembly.
• Assemble Battery Modules & Packs Including Mechanical Structure & Electrical Interconnections Like Busbars, Wiring Harnesses, Connectors, etc.
• Perform Basic Functional Testing of assembled battery packs
• Familiar Working On Battery Vehicle Integration & Rework If Required.
• Rework At The Customer Site May Be Required When Necessary

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 1.5 Year Of Experience In Battery Field

Desired Skills and Attributes:

• Must have a willingness to learn and perform new tasks With Hardwork & Self Dedicated Because of the NPD Department.
• Read and interpret Engineering Drawings, Wiring Diagrams, & Technical Specifications & Prepare Samples Of Wiring Harnesses.
• Ensure proper Torquing, Soldering Alignment, Insulation & Safety Precautions During Assembly.
• Experience working with tools like Torque Wrenches, Crimping Tools, Multimeters, Clamp Meter & insulation testers Familiarity with Assembly Jigs, Fixtures, & SOP’s in a manufacturing environment
• Basic Knowledge Of Electrical Panel Assembly
• Knows About Basic Documentation & Good In Communication & Team Functionality
