BATS Order QA Lead

**Role Overview:** Embark on a transformative journey as a BATS Order QA Lead at Barclays, where you'll spearhead the evolution of the digital connectivity landscape, driving innovation and excellence. You'll harness cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strong understanding of FX trade lifecycle, order management systems, and post-trade flows. - Ability to engage early in the SDLC to refine requirements and define test strategies. - Experience working with business, BA, control partners (e.g., Compliance, Risk, Audit). - Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Rest Assured). - Coordination with compliance and risk partners, awareness of ETGC and control framework for the order system. - Strong knowledge of FIX protocol, working with various venues like LUCERA. - Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor QA engineers, manage priorities, and drive delivery. - Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools for automated test execution and reporting. **Qualifications Required:** - Expertise in IaaS and programming (python or similar) and knowledge of scalable software architectures (micro-services, etc.). - Expertise in Public, Private, and Hybrid Cloud technologies across broad Network (physical and wireless), Infrastructure, and Cloud domain. - Experience with NetSec DevOps way of working and delivering runbooks, Network Service Models, and blueprints for the enablement of Zero Touch Ops. **Additional Details:** This role is based in the Pune office. **Company Details (if any):** To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget, and quality requirements.,
