Position: Asst ASM / ASM (Retail Sales/Channel Sales) - Tiles Location: Bangalore Responsibilities: Channel Management: Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners such as dealers, distributors, and retailers. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure loyalty and long-term business. Maintain good relations with architect. Resolve partner queries and issues promptly. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned. Monitor and drive primary and secondary sales through the channel network. Expand distribution network in underpenetrated areas. Identify and onboard new channel partners to increase market coverage. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Ensure timely order booking and payment collection from channel partners. Monitor and manage partner inventory levels. Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines. To develop, manage, and grow sales through the channel partner network (dealers, distributors, retailers and Architect) in the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and customer satisfaction.
