PXL MEDIA is a leading Audio-Visual Technology Provider, delivering state-of-the-art equipment and services across India for premium events such as A.R. Rahman live concerts, award nights, music festivals, and regional programs.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are hiring Basic LED Technician Trainees – enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn, travel, and grow with us. Freshers are welcome, and full training will be provided to selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading & Unloading: Safely lift, load, transport, and unload LED panels, trusses, cables, and AV equipment. Assist in dismantling and packing equipment after events.
• On-Site Technical Support: Assist in the installation of LED walls, wiring, looping, and connection setups. Support the technical team in testing, configuring, troubleshooting, and basic repair activities under supervision.

Growth Opportunities:

• Hands-on training in LED setup, wiring, and structure building.
• Opportunity to develop technical expertise and advance into senior technician roles.
• Potential to grow into Lead Technician or Team Lead positions based on performance.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel for events across locations.
• Physically fit and able to handle equipment safely.
• Eager to learn and grow in the AV technology field.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
