Base24 Developer/ Connex Developer

As a multifaceted HP NonStop/Tandem platform software Developer cum SRE for Card Transaction Authorization Processing (AP) function, your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, modifying, and unit testing software enhancements and/or new products - Taking personal responsibility for the quality of individual deliverables and contributing to the quality assurance of the team's deliverables - Interacting with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or modifications - Participating in all Agile team meetings and ceremonies - Creating and revising all technical documentation related to coding and development - Training new or junior developers on aspects of an application or system and development processes Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 2 - 9 years of experience in Connex or Base24 Development - Experience with HP NonStop/Tandem development, including skills in performing requirement analysis, design, and coding in Connex or Base24 - Programming experience with TAL, COBOL, SCOBOL - Experience with Pathway, Enscribe, and SQL systems - Experience with Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe) - Attention to detail, diligence, and accuracy - Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients - Exceptional analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills to ensure critical deadlines are met - Willingness to share relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise with other resources - A resourceful and proactive approach in gathering information and sharing ideas In addition to a competitive salary, benefits, and professional development opportunities, working at FIS offers you a collaborative, flexible, and respectful work environment.
