Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Bartender / F&B Associate / Hostess. The responsibilities include providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, taking and delivering orders, preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned area. You will contribute to creating a friendly and welcoming environment while representing the hotel's commitment to exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests professionally and courteously.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards, including menu familiarity and service techniques.
• Proficiency in Bartending and Cash Handling, with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and maintain composure.
• Basic understanding of health and safety standards in food and beverage operations.
• Work experience in hospitality or F&B is a plus; certification in Bartending or Food & Beverage services would be beneficial.
