Job Title: Assistant Manager – Brand (Offline & Online Marketing) Location: Dehradun (Uttarakhand) Industry: FMCG Position Summary: We are looking for a highly driven and creative Assistant Brand Manager with strong FMCG expertise to plan and execute impactful marketing strategies across offline and online channels. This role requires hands-on experience in agency coordination, influencer marketing, and digital campaign execution , ensuring the brand’s visibility, engagement, and growth. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Planning Support in the creation and execution of annual brand marketing plans covering ATL, BTL, and digital channels . Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms. Conduct market research, track FMCG trends, and identify growth opportunities. Offline Marketing (Traditional Channels) Execute BTL & ATL campaigns including print, outdoor, radio, and in-store promotions. Plan and manage product launches, trade promotions, dealer meets, and POS branding . Partner with sales teams to design and roll out region-specific activation plans . Online & Digital Marketing Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for content creation, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website updates. Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and conversions. Oversee social media strategy, content calendar, and performance optimization across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Agency & Vendor Coordination Act as the primary liaison with creative agencies, media houses, influencer networks, and production vendors to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and track deliverables for agency-led campaigns. Ensure agencies align with brand guidelines and campaign KPIs. Analytics & Reporting Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and present actionable insights. Track ROI for offline and online marketing activities. Prepare monthly brand performance dashboards for management review. Qualifications & Skills Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field. Experience: 3–5 years in brand marketing within the FMCG sector. Proven experience in agency coordination, influencer partnerships, and digital campaign management . Strong understanding of FMCG product lifecycles, consumer behavior, and retail marketing . Proficiency in MS Office, digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.), and project management tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
