Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista/All Rounder to join our team. This is a versatile role perfect for someone who loves working in a fast-paced café environment and enjoys a bit of everything—from coffee-making and food service to general front-of-house duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages with consistency and care
Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and take orders accurately
Assist with food service including plating, handling pastries, or light kitchen prep (if required)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all service areas
Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions
Ensure stock is rotated and replenished as needed
Support your team during peak times with flexibility and initiative

About You:

Prior experience as a barista (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques (dialing in, milk texturing, latte art a plus)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
A positive, can-do attitude and a team player
Availability for early starts, weekends, and peak periods
Food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
