* Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers.
* Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, equipment, and workstations.
* Handle cash, POS system, and card transactions accurately.
* Restock and organize inventory including coffee beans, milk, and disposables.
* Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service.
* Take customer orders, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations.
* Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Support opening and closing duties of the café.
* Knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and café equipment.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
* Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
