Job Title: Barista - Junior Company: The Donut Company Location: Baner, Pune Working Hours: 5pm - 10pm (part time) Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista at The Donut Company, you will play a key role in creating exceptional coffee beverages and preperation of donuts at the store. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards. Prepare and serve variety of donuts & bomboloni according to established recipes and standards Operate coffee brewing equipment with precision and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Assist customers in choosing beverages and donuts and other snack items, providing recommendations when necessary. Handle transactions and online ordering system accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee station, equipment, and dining area. Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring all guests are greeted warmly and their needs are met promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Requirements: Previous experience as a barista is preferred. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and familiarity with espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
