As a Quality Intern at Blue Tokai Coffee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the food safety management system (FSMS). Key Responsibilities: - Maintain FSMS by keeping food safety plans up-to-date and effective in the production area. - Provide assistance in the microbiology lab to support daily operations and ensure product safety. - Oversee temperature logs for incoming vegetables and raw materials to maintain quality standards. - Conduct hygiene inspections regularly to check the plant's cleanliness and uphold safety protocols. - Educate the production team during quality assurance visits to reinforce best practices. - Conduct root cause analysis by investigating food complaints, identifying underlying issues, and implementing corrective actions. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology or Microbiology. - Internship Period: 6 Months. - Availability: Candidates who can start within 15 days are preferred.
