Barista & Service Staff

Key Responsibilities and requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role.
• Greet and welcome customers promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area.
• Barista responsibilities includes educating customers on our drinks and food menu, making recommendations based on their preferences
• Operation And Maintenance Of Espresso Machine and Grinder
• Good milk frothing skills and at least 2 types of latte art
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay orders to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor tables and attend to customers’ needs, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and tact, escalating issues to the manager as necessary.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure that food and beverages are delivered promptly and to the customers' satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing the cafe for opening and closing, including setting up and packing down furniture, equipment, and cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and cafe policies.
• Support other cafe staff in various tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
