Barista / Café All-Rounder

Broko Café (Ajitwal, Moga) is hiring a Barista / Café All-Rounder. The candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing coffee beverages and should know how to interact with customers in a polite and confident manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing espresso-based coffees (latte, cappuccino, americano, cold coffee etc.)
• Taking customer orders and serving with a friendly attitude
• Cash counter / billing / POS handling
• Maintaining cleanliness of working area, dining area and coffee machine
• Assisting with café daily operations when required
• Stock management and product rotation (milk, coffee beans, syrups etc.)

Requirements:

• Barista experience preferred
• Good communication with customers
• Basic knowledge of coffee machines & coffee preparation
• Hard-working, honest and responsible attitude
• Ability to work in a fast service environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
