JOB DESCRIPTION   This role will require good communication skills and ability to learn new skills in the coffee business. Good communication and interpersonal skills like greeting customers, striking a conversation and understanding their coffee preferences. Understanding and develop to learn the art of making coffee both the manual brew method and espresso coffees. Preparing beverages in a hygiene and timely manner. Hand eye coordination to master manual brews. Maintaining inventory of both the coffee station and cafe merchandise, Replenishing daily usage items. Ensuring customers leave satisfied and understand the pulse of the customer to help serve them better. Maintain professional at all times during the shift. Ensuring the store is free from dust and cleaned at all times. Following the laid down recipes for beverages. Adhering to the laid down daily, weekly and monthly operational activities. Clears tables as and when used to ensure they are ready for the next customer. Mandatory Requirement The ideal candidate will possess decent levels of communication required to explain the coffee brews and to build a rapport with the customers. A Positive attitude in a environment which can get stressful due to either being idle or back to back orders. Someone who has a passion for serving customers and adaptable to changes in a fast pacing environment. Ability to proactively respond to situations with both peers and customers. Basic knowledge of handling kitchen equipments to serve preheated food.     Desired Profile The ideal candidate can be a fresher or experienced who is willing to learn with a positive attitude with both peers and customers. Someone who wants to excel in the art of making great coffees and represent the brand in both local, national and international competitions.
