Job Description

As a Manufacturing Systems Engineer, your role will involve working as a key member of a multi-functional team dedicated to developing and setting up Manufacturing Travelers and labels using BarTender Software. You will collaborate with engineers, technicians, manufacturing, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into the necessary format for Travelers and Labels essential for production. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing the Label/traveler Business processes and providing training to relevant teams. Key Responsibilities: - Define and develop the Business process for the Label/Traveler and provide training to relevant teams on the process and procedures. - Develop key indicators and keep Stakeholders informed about the progress and status. - Gather Business Requirements and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the necessary information and data are available for the Labels and Travelers. - Design and maintain printed Travelers and Labels. - Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams in Testing and deploying changes to production. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of relevant experience in this field. - Proficiency in using BarTender Software and its features. - Experience in Label design and Processes. - Familiarity with Zebra Printer, Label formats, and related software. - Experience with CMF (Critical Manufacturing) MES System. - Knowledge of various frameworks and processes, such as Agile. - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure ADO, Confluence, or related systems. - Strong Data Analysis and Validation skills. - Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong drive and ability to work independently in managing projects and Deliverables.,
