Bar Chief

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop bar staff, creating a positive, productive culture that drives results and professional growth.
• Operational Management: Oversee all bar operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality consistency, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Guest Experience: Create memorable experiences for guests through great service, engaging interactions, and expertly crafted beverages.
• Menu Development: Collaborate on beverage menu creation, seasonal cocktails, and innovative drink concepts that align with our culinary vision.
• Inventory & Cost Management: Manage bar inventory, control costs, optimize profit margins, and ensure proper stock levels and supplier relationships.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards for beverage preparation, presentation, and service consistency across all shifts.
• Training & Development: Design and implement training programs for bar staff, ensuring continuous skill development and good service standards.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all licensing requirements, safety protocols, and responsible service practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
