YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop bar staff, creating a positive, productive culture that drives results and professional growth. Operational Management : Oversee all bar operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality consistency, and adherence to health and safety standards. Guest Experience : Create memorable experiences for guests through great service, engaging interactions, and expertly crafted beverages. Menu Development : Collaborate on beverage menu creation, seasonal cocktails, and innovative drink concepts that align with our culinary vision. Inventory & Cost Management : Manage bar inventory, control costs, optimize profit margins, and ensure proper stock levels and supplier relationships. Quality Control : Maintain high standards for beverage preparation, presentation, and service consistency across all shifts. Training & Development : Design and implement training programs for bar staff, ensuring continuous skill development and good service standards. Compliance : Ensure adherence to all licensing requirements, safety protocols, and responsible service practices.
