Watch it here.Must Have:7+ years of business analysis experienceDeep understanding of trade lifecycle processes and financial operations workflowsProven experience in functional QA testing for financial systems, including component, integration, and end-to-end testingHands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for user stories, epics, and requirements documentationStrong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologiesExcellent written and oral communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levelsFinancial services experience with understanding of regulatory requirements and complianceResults-oriented with ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of capital market products - equity, fixed income, FX, money-market and etc.

Nice-to-Have

Knowledge of payment systems, specifically MQ and MT message formats and SWIFT messaging standardsExperience with qTest or similar test management toolsExperience in matrix environments within large, publicly-traded financial institutionsStrategic thinking with interpersonal skills to work across functions and business linesUnderstanding of Capital Markets business, data strategies, and IT technical/security standards
