A. Fund Management & Borrowings

• Assist and handle short-term and long-term borrowings: CC limits, term loans, OD, PCFC, WCDL etc.
• Assist in evaluation of various options & products for fund & non-fund based limits to optimize cost & terms of financing
• Monitor loan covenants, interest rates, EMI schedules, renewals and compliance.
• Prepare documentation for working capital limit renewals, credit assessments, stock audit and periodical submission to banks
• Assist in preparation of financial model covering historical & projected financials including CMA
• Assist lead in preparation of various information for overall / limit based external credit rating and its annual renewal

B. Banking Operations

• Handling and monitoring various foreign currency import / export transaction and related compliances as per banking regulation / RBI guideline.
• Coordinate with multiple banks regarding accounts, charges, facilities, documentation & resolution of queries.
• Dealing with internal user department, bank & external stake holders (customer & vendors) for all type of operational matters
• Open/close bank accounts, update signatories, manage KYC compliance for UNISON group companies.
• Facilitate all type of banking & financial need of various business verticals & organization

C. Forex & Risk Management

• Assist in usage of hedging instruments (forward contracts, options) in coordination with banks.
• Assist in mobilizing foreign currency loan for holding company as well as subsidiaries.
• Manage & monitor foreign currency exposure and its risk mitigation.
• Liaisoning with bank for any queries related to foreign currency transaction.
• Track exchange rate movements and assess potential gains/losses.

D. Cash & Liquidity Management

• Monthly cash flow and forecasts.
• Assist in optimization of working capital limit utilization in coordination with various internal stake holders.

E. Internal Controls & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, Companies Act requirements, and internal SOPs.
• Maintain strong internal controls around cash, payments, and financial transactions.
• Participate in internal/external audits of treasury/banking activities.

F. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare MIS reports:
• Daily fund position
• Cash flow forecasts
• Working capital utilization
• Borrowing cost analysis
• Treasury & forex gain/loss reports
• Assist HOD / finance lead in operational & strategic decision-making with analytical inputs.
