We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Assets, Inclusive Banking, or SBL. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with standalone merchants and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement strategies to increase merchant onboarding and portfolio growth. Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Job Requirements Strong understanding of mortgage products and services offered by banks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred. Familiarity with banking software and systems is an added advantage.
