Job Description

As a Client Onboarding & KYC specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist in opening new accounts such as savings, current, and fixed deposits. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all KYC (Know Your Customer) documents are thoroughly reviewed, complete, and up to date. In addition to the client onboarding process, you will also be involved in providing exceptional customer service and support. Acting as the initial point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for addressing basic queries related to account operations, various products, and services offered by the organization. Your attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance will be essential in maintaining the integrity of the onboarding process and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve inquiries promptly will contribute to building strong client relationships and fostering trust in our services.,
