Job Title: Home Loan Officer – Real Estate

Job Purpose:

The Home Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting customers with housing loan requirements, coordinating with banks and financial institutions for loan processing, and ensuring smooth disbursement of funds for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting suitable banks/financial institutions for home loans.
• Guide buyers through the loan application, documentation, and approval process.
• Coordinate with banks for project approvals and customer loan disbursements.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Maintain relationships with bank officials to facilitate faster loan approvals.
• Update customers on loan status, disbursements, and EMI schedules.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on loan applications, sanctions, and disbursements.
• Resolve customer queries related to housing loans and financing options.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers and banks for loan closures.
