Banking Insurance Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager in the Health Insurance Agency Channel, your main responsibility will be to recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to meet sales targets and foster the growth of the business. You will play a crucial role in driving agency recruitment, providing training and development opportunities, generating sales and revenue, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance and proper documentation. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, be aged below 36 years, and have at least 1-2 years of experience in BFSI or any field sales. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with knowledge in banking insurance sales or any banking sales segment.
