Job Summary

Banking Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute payments to claimants via wire, e-payment, or check and maintain transaction integrity.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, generate check files, reissues, and other administrative tasks.
  • Review claim reconciliation reports and validate distribution files.
  • Prepare reports for courts, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Track tasks and manage tickets using tools like Monday.com, CAS, and CourtLink.
  • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
  • Handle special requests such as EIN applications, funding invoices, and non-class member payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of US tax forms and compliance.
  • Experience in bank reconciliation and tax filing (preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SharePoint or Monday.com is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and calm demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal or service industry experience preferred.
