Job Description:
We are hiring for Banca Sales professionals to drive business growth through bank branch relationships. The role involves cross-selling life insurance/financial products to bank customers and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Graduation mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of sales/marketing experience (Banking/Insurance preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
