The Corporate and Investment Banking division offers a comprehensive suite of commercial banking products and services to corporate clients, encompassing cash management, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans, and foreign exchange. DBS has established enduring customer relationships in the region by focusing on account management, service excellence, product innovation, and stringent credit criteria. As a Team Lead in Product Sales for BANCA, your primary objective is to drive cross-selling strategies for BANCA and Treasures products to SME customers. This includes enhancing cross-sell opportunities and product adoption among SME clients through collaborative efforts between IBG and CBG teams, maximizing the potential of the extended distribution network. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end implementation of the BANCA strategy to achieve SME BANCA Revenue targets - Optimize processes to facilitate increased cross-selling of BANCA and Treasures products - Establish and guide a high-performing team, providing mentorship and leadership - Collaborate with CBG to introduce competitive products and incentives for the sales team - Implement effective tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and drive successful outcomes Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Identify cross-selling opportunities with SME clients for BANCA products - Collaborate with SME Sales and CBG teams to achieve BANCA and cross-sell targets - Engage BANCA SPOCs across regions to ensure effective outcomes - Streamline cross-selling processes for BANCA and Treasures products - Ensure comprehensive mapping of all BANCA Business to IBG SME and revenue channels - Coordinate with CBG for timely certification and recognition programs for the coverage team Experience: - Demonstrated experience in product sales - Profound understanding of BANCA and cross-sell products - Strong leadership and team management capabilities - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Track record of results-driven performance and target achievement Education/Preferred Qualifications: - Minimum requirement of an MBA with over 10 years of industry experience Core Competencies: - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities - Collaborative approach to drive effective execution Technical Competencies: - Proficiency in SME Business and cross-selling practices Work Relationships: Internal: SME Coverage Team, CBG Treasures/BANCA, RMG-Credit External: Customers/Partners Join us now to benefit from a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and acknowledges your accomplishments.,
