Job Description

Responsible for all patient care and administrative services in the ICUs/wards.
Coordinate with consultants and intensivists for update/feedback on specific patients and educate the patient families.
Liaise with the Dietary, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology and billing departments for timely completion of requirements like Nutrition, Medicines, diagnostic tests and other requirements as appropriate and advised.
Ensure that the inventory and equipment are updated and records are maintained on daily basis.
Liaise for the administrative assignments and mediate with the patients’ relatives.
Assist the reporting head for capturing the data for Quality assessment/ capturing of data for quality Indicators is collected, analyzed and submitted to Quality Cell on monthly basis.
Council / guide the relatives of the patients for financial implications in association with the billing department.etc.
