As a Balance Sheet Management Senior Lead Analyst within the Balance Sheet Integrated Solution group, your role focuses on addressing intricate Treasury challenges using traditional methods and advanced techniques, including AI/ML. You will collaborate with various teams such as Capital, IRRBB, FTP, Non-Market Risk, and Methodology to deliver strategic outcomes. A solid background in mathematics, quantitative finance, programming, and data science is crucial for this role. Effective communication, leadership, and collaboration skills are essential for influencing diverse stakeholders and guiding junior team members. - Identify, design, and implement solutions ranging from traditional analytical approaches to AI/ML to tackle critical Treasury challenges - Build and maintain Python libraries, adhere to SDLC best practices, and share code on GitHub with detailed documentation - Oversee the model pipeline and ensure compliance with Model Risk Management governance - Extract, cleanse, and prepare large datasets using SQL and other data manipulation techniques for advanced analytics pipelines - Develop impactful Tableau dashboards to simplify complex data insights into actionable recommendations - Drive platform and model strategy, project prioritization, and forward-looking analytics aligned with organizational objectives - Collaborate with various teams to deliver timely, data-driven solutions that enhance business decision-making To qualify for this position: - Over 10 years of relevant finance/banking experience, demonstrating expertise in Balance Sheet Management, Capital, IRRBB, Transfer Pricing, or similar areas - Strong foundation in mathematics, quantitative finance, programming, and data science - Experience in creating and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions - Proficiency in Python, SQL, data engineering practices, Tableau, Excel, and version control systems like GitHub - Ability to architect, maintain, and scale analytics pipelines within SDLC frameworks - Knowledge of capital markets activities, liquidity planning, and balance sheet analytics - Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required, preference for a Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar Desirable skills for this role include proficiency in coding, Python, Tableau, and the ability to understand and design Quantitative Methods.,
