Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Balance Sheet Executive to manage and maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial statements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monthly closing activities, account analysis, and supporting audits while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure all balance sheet accounts are properly maintained and supported by adequate documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and validate accounting entries.
• Support monthly and year-end financial close processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Provide audit support including documentation and explanation of balance sheet items.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and internal controls over financial reporting.
• Participate in finance projects including system upgrades, automation, and policy implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• [2–5] years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on balance sheet reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
