Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Baking and Confectionery Trainer located in Hyderabad. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs in baking and confectionery. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting theoretical and practical sessions, assessing trainees' progress, and providing feedback. Additionally, the Trainer will ensure the curriculum is up-to-date with industry standards and oversee the maintenance of training equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Baking and Confectionery techniques
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Ability to assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback
• Knowledge and skills of current industry standards and trends
• Ability to work independently and manage classroom dynamics
• Formal certification or degree in Baking, Confectionery, or related fields is preferred
