Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Commis 2 located in Gurugram. The Bakery Commis 2 will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and baking of various bakery items, including sourdough technique of baking breads, viennoseries, cookies, and artisanal breads. Daily tasks involve food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, ensuring the consistency and quality of products, and collaborating with the bakery team to meet daily production goals.

• Bakery and Baking skills
• Experience in Food Preparation
• Skills in making Cookies and Bread
• Attention to detail and precision in crafting bakery items
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in a bakery environment is an advantage
• Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or baking from a recognised institution.
