Bakery Commi-1

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and other bakery products.
• Bake breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies as per standard recipes.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and recipes for consistent product quality.
• Support daily bakery production schedules.
• Maintain portion control and reduce wastage.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the bakery section.
• Monitor product freshness.
• Help train or guide junior or apprentice bakers, if applicable.
• Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, etc.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
• Assist in receiving and organizing bakery ingredients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
