Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and decorate cakes (cream-based, premium, fondant optional)
  • Follow standard recipes and maintain quality, taste, and presentation
  • Manage baking and decorating timeline to ensure timely orders
  • Innovate and suggest new flavors or designs for seasonal launches
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Assist in making pastries, brownies, and other dessert items as needed
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and inform when stock is low

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cake Chef or Pastry Chef
  • Skilled in cream decoration, piping, layering, and basic fondant work (optional)
  • Ability to handle daily orders and custom cake production
  • Knowledge of bakery hygiene and food safety standards
  • Good attitude, team player, punctual and passionate about baking
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the bakery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
