Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Chef located in kanpur. The Bakery Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking various types of pastries, breads, and cakes. Additional daily tasks include decorating baked goods to ensure visual appeal, managing inventory and supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. The role involves working collaboratively with the bakery team to innovate and introduce new recipes and products. Qualifications Proficiency in Baking, Pastry Preparation, and Cake Decorating Experience in Inventory Management and maintaining kitchen supplies Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Strong attention to detail and creativity in product presentation Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Previous experience in a professional bakery or culinary environment Culinary degree or equivalent certification in baking and pastry arts is a plus
