As a Pastry Section Manager in a bakery, your role involves overseeing and managing the pastry section to ensure the production of high-quality baked goods and desserts. Your focus will be on preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of items such as bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts while maintaining consistent quality and presentation standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage the pastry section of the bakery - Prepare, bake, and present a variety of baked goods and desserts - Maintain high quality and presentation standards - Ensure efficient operations of the pastry section Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 3-5 years of experience in the hotel industry In addition to a competitive salary as per industry standards, you will also receive statutory benefits with Leave Encashment and a yearly bonus.
