Bakery Chain Outlet Supervisor

The Bakery Chain Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery outlet, ensuring high standards of product quality, customer service, staff management, and sales performance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to maintain smooth operations and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Store Management

• Supervise day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Oversee bakery display and merchandising to attract customers.

Sales & Customer Service

• Drive sales and meet daily/weekly/monthly revenue targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Implement promotions, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.

Team Management

• Supervise, train, and motivate bakery staff to deliver excellent service.
• Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.

Quality Control

• Ensure all products meet company quality and freshness standards.
• Coordinate with central kitchen/production team for timely supply of baked goods.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily sales, expense, and stock reports.
• Monitor cash handling and ensure accurate reconciliation.
• Support management with audits, compliance, and business improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
