We're on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Assistant Baker to join our culinary team. If you love the aroma of fresh dough, and know your way around an oven, this is your chance to turn passion into profession.

Your Role Includes:

Assisting the Head Baker in preparing a variety of breads, buns, pastries, cakes, and cookies
Executing daily baking schedules with precision
Handling dough fermentation, shaping, and proofing
Managing baking times and oven operations efficiently
Ensuring consistency in texture, taste, and presentation
Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on baking experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery
Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients
Ability to follow recipes accurately and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with tools like dough mixers, proofers, and commercial ovens
Passionate about baking with attention to detail and creativity
Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and peak hours
