Bakery Chef (Baker)

Role Overview:
A Bakery Chef specializes in making bread, rolls, bagels, and other baked goods. Their focus is mainly on dough-based products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake breads, rolls, bagels, croissants, and other baked items.
• Measure, mix, and knead dough according to recipes.
• Monitor fermentation, proofing, and baking times.
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and quality.
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of bread-making techniques (sourdough, rye, multigrain, etc.).
• Precision in measuring and handling ingredients.
• Ability to handle baking equipment and ovens.

Pastry Chef (Pâtissier)

Role Overview:
A Pastry Chef specializes in desserts, pastries, and sweets. They focus on creativity, decoration, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pastries, cakes, tarts, mousses, donuts, cookies, and other desserts.
• Create and decorate desserts with icing, chocolate, sugar work, and garnishes.
• Develop new dessert recipes and seasonal menus.
• Maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.
• Ensure proper storage of creams, fillings, and perishable ingredients.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to support café/restaurant menu.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in pastry and dessert techniques.
• Artistic sense for plating and decoration.
• Knowledge of chocolate, sugar work, and creams.

• Pastry Chef → focuses on sweets & desserts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
