First of all they moved the branch to shyamal cross road but they have not updated it online , I would give 0 star if possible, staff is lethargic, slow and keep on doing masti between without thinking that 30 + customers are in queue. Out of 4 cubes only 2 is working and it's 4 pm not lunch time.
