Staff is active, ready to work. Company should send reminders for renewal. I am senior citizen, I tried online but in kapcha writing it is failing. So I approached in office. Inspite of my request,no one came to my home for cheque collection.

Most unprofessional and worst service even after. Mr. Urvish and Mr. Shaurin both are horrible people to work with. Mr. Urvish do not have any knowledge of his job and creating problem for his clients and his boss Shaurin does not have any control. More worst can be written but stopping here for now.

Hopeless company. Their given phone numbers are out of service, customer care numbers take 20 minutes to get connected with some of executives and they could not listen to you so they disconnect. Both given email id are fake as delivery …

Visited this place out of a mistake. Rather than suggesting me that I haven't reached the correct place the staff tried to take the responsibility of getting the thing done on his own and ended up wasting his and my time. But then they did suggest me the correct way as well.

Employee do not attend customer's query properly. They don't know about claim procedures and reimbursement forms. Worst experience for me. Don't visit the branch, it will be better to call on customer care and ask your queries. Pathetic office.
