Badminton and Pickleball Coach

The badminton and pickleball court attendant and coach will be responsible for maintaining clean, well-organized court, managing reservations, and ensuring equipment is in good condition. Provide coaching to players of all skill levels through individual and group sessions, teaching techniques, strategies, and rules, while creating a positive and motivating learning environment. The role also includes opening and closing the facility, monitoring equipment needs, and maintaining accurate records of player attendance and progress.

In addition to coaching and operations, the attendant offers excellent customer service by greeting members, handling inquiries and registrations, promoting programs and services. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in badminton and/or pickleball, a strong understanding of both sports, and excellent communication and coaching skills. They should be enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
