Backend Support Executive

The main responsibility of this role is to prepare and generate quotations for products/services based on customer requirements and company pricing policies. You will work closely with the sales and procurement teams to gather all the necessary information needed for the quotations. It is essential to ensure that the quotations are accurate, competitive, and delivered to customers within the specified timelines. Keeping records of the quotations and following up with customers to secure orders will also be part of your duties. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to quotations and orders promptly is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction. Additionally, providing general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents will be required. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction is also expected. Proficiency in Tally ERP software and emailing is necessary for this role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. The job type is full-time with a day shift schedule. Experience in backend support for at least 1 year is required for this position. The work location is in person.
