The startup is offering SaaS in more than 20 countries & looking for energetic team members to build a global product in EV & Energy domain.

Role Description

Backend Engineer (SDE-I)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
• Experience in Python with Django, FastAPI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals (regression, classification, evaluation metrics).
• Hands-on experience with Python, Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and visualization tools like Matplotlib/Seaborn.
• Familiarity with deep learning basics and any framework (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Prior work on forecasting models, RAG architectures.
• Git, MLflow, or experience deploying models via FastAPI.
• Prior experience of scaling a product is an advantage.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with micro-services architecture and asynchronous programming.
• Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of systems architecture, design and development for scale.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience 1-3+ Years.
