We are looking for an experienced Lead Python/Django Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of web applications, ensuring they meet high standards of performance, security, and maintainability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive our business forward. Role & responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and Django. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to industry best practices. Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality Design scalable and robust backend architectures that support the company's growth and product evolution. Work closely with front-end developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of all components. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, system architecture, and processes. Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of experience in Python and Django development. Proven experience leading development teams and managing projects. Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar. Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
