Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Order Processing

Support the sales team in handling customer enquiries from receipt through closure.
Prepare and issue sales quotations, proposals, and follow-ups in alignment with pricing guidelines. velvetjobs.com
Coordinate internally with design/technical teams to ensure product specifications and pricing accuracy for clients (especially OEM customers). app.qureos.com
Process sales orders, update CRM/system records, and track progress to delivery. velvetjobs.com

Customer Interaction

Respond to customer emails and calls in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular engagement and updates. velvetjobs.com

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate sales reports, documentation, and customer records.
Support monthly sales target tracking and performance reporting to management. velvetjobs.com

Preferred

Experience in Blower, HVAC, Industrial Fans, or OEM product sales support or technical sales environment. app.qureos.com
Basic technical understanding of product specifications and applications. app.qureos.com
Familiarity with CRM/sales support systems.
Bachelor’s degree (B.E Mechanical, or relevant field preferred).
