You will be responsible for the following in your role: Role Overview: CLOUDSUFI, a global leading provider of data-driven digital transformation, is seeking a Java Developer to join their team in Noida, Delhi NCR. Key Responsibilities: - Writing design specifications and user stories for assigned functionalities - Developing assigned components/classes and assisting the QA team in writing test cases - Creating and maintaining coding best practices, and conducting peer code/solution reviews - Participating in Daily Scrum calls, Scrum Planning, Retro, and Demos meetings - Identifying technical/design/architectural challenges/risks, developing action plans for mitigation, and avoiding identified risks - Complying with development processes, documentation templates, and tools prescribed by CloudSufi or its clients - Collaborating with other teams and Architects in the organization, assisting them with technical issues/demos/POCs, and proposal writing for prospective clients - Contributing to the creation of knowledge repository, reusable assets/solution accelerators, and IPs - Providing feedback to junior developers, coaching, and mentoring them - Conducting training sessions on the latest technologies and topics for other employees in the organization - Participating in organization development activities such as interviews, CSR/employee engagement activities, business events/conferences, and implementing new policies, systems, and procedures as decided by the Management team Qualifications Required: - Integration component development experience using Java 8/9 technologies and service-oriented architecture (SOA) - In-depth knowledge of design patterns and integration architecture - Hands-on experience with Software Engineering tools like Eclipse, NetBeans, JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, SVN, etc. - Familiarity with current technology trends in IT Solutions such as Cloud Platform Development, DevOps, Low Code solutions, Intelligent Automation Additional Company Details: - Location: Noida, Delhi NCR - Shift: Normal Day shift with some overlap with US time zones - Experience: 3 - 5 years - Education: BTech / BE / MCA / MSc Computer Science - Industry: Product Engineering Services or Enterprise Software Companies - Primary Skills: Java 8/9, Core Java, Design patterns, Webservices development REST/SOAP, XML & JSON manipulation, CI/CD - Secondary Skills: Jenkins, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), SAP JCo library - Certifications: OCPJP (Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer) / Google Professional Cloud Developer Good To Have: - Experience of developing integration adapters/connectors for enterprise applications using Agile/Scrum methodologies - Experience with developing solutions on Google Cloud Platform Behavioral Competencies Required: - Experience working with US/Europe based clients in onsite/offshore delivery model - Excellent verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening, and presentation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective task prioritization, time management, and stakeholder management skills - Quick learner, team player, and demonstrated Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB),
