Description
Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance on Backend applications. Solve challenging algorithmic and data structure-related problems to improve performance and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team standards and practices. Optimize existing codebases for speed and scalability. Contribute to system architecture and design discussions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Backend and a deep understanding of its core libraries and features. Strong knowledge of Data Structures (arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, etc.) and Algorithms (sorting, searching, dynamic programming, etc.). Solid understanding of time and space complexity analysis. Experience with algorithmic problem-solving platforms (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank, Codeforces). Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Strong debugging and analytical skills. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Competitive programming background or participation in coding contests. Experience with REST APIs, web frameworks (like Django, Flask), or data pipelines. Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL). Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experience with unit testing and CI/CD pipelines.
